I’m a German legal counsel with a Dutch law degree, working at the frontier where law meets technology. Based in the Münsterland region near the Dutch border, I focus on data protection law and the systems that govern digital trust.
My interest lies beneath the surface — in how frameworks, processes, and technologies actually work. I believe that understanding a system’s inner mechanics is the only way to change it responsibly.
Certifications aren’t everything, but for those interested: I hold several from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), including CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPT, CIPM, and the Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) designation.
